The Grand Forks Region EDC administers or connects businesses to an EDA Revolving Loan Fund that provides gap financing for eligible business projects in the Grand Forks region. Funds can support working capital, equipment, real estate, and expansion needs when conventional financing is insufficient.

Eligible businesses in the Grand Forks region with viable projects and a financing gap that meet EDA RLF criteria.
Requirements
- Coordinate with Grand Forks Region EDC and participating lenders
- Submit business plan, project budget, financial statements, collateral, and use-of-funds documentation
- Meet EDA revolving loan, underwriting, job, repayment, and reporting requirements
