Ohio Department of Agriculture Specialty Crop Block Grant Program (SCBGP)
Provides grants of $25,000 to $150,000 to Ohio organizations, associations, and research institutions for projects that strengthen Ohio's specialty crop industry through marketing, education, and research. Applicants must provide a minimum 25% match. Ohio organizations received more than $710,000 in 2025.

Eligibility
Food and agricultural nonprofits, industry associations, commodity groups, universities, and research institutions. Projects must benefit specialty crops (fruits, vegetables, tree nuts, dried fruits, horticulture, nursery crops including floriculture) broadly, not a single entity.
