Colorado businesses, local governments, nonprofits, and schools that operate fleet vehicles. Program reopens for applications at least annually through 2033.

- Colorado-based organization operating fleet vehicles
- Replace gas or diesel vehicles with low-emission or zero-emission alternatives
- Eligible alternative fuels: electricity, hydrogen, compressed natural gas
