Nevada law allows state-tribal cannabis compacts to coordinate regulation of tribal cannabis activity with the state cannabis program.

Eligibility
Nevada tribal governments and tribal cannabis enterprises may operate under applicable state-tribal cannabis compacts that coordinate administration of cannabis laws across state and tribal jurisdictions.
Requirements
- Operate through a tribal government or tribal enterprise covered by an applicable Nevada cannabis compact.
- Coordinate with the Governor's designee, CCB, and tribal authorities on compact requirements.
- Comply with the relevant tribal compact and applicable cannabis regulatory requirements.
