About this program
The Small Business Support Hubs program deploys state-appropriated funds through MEDC and the Michigan Strategic Fund to support nonprofit entrepreneurial hubs and community incubators that help Michigan small businesses launch, operate, and scale. Funds may support hub operations, programming, services, regional ecosystem coordination, and limited direct business assistance awards.
Eligibility
Eligible applicants are Michigan nonprofit entrepreneurial hubs or community incubators that support the expansion, operation, or scaling of Michigan small businesses.
Requirements
- Applicant must be a nonprofit organization that self-identifies as an entrepreneurial hub or community incubator.
- Applicant must be headquartered in Michigan and in good standing with the state.
- Applicant must support the launch, operation, expansion, or scaling of Michigan small businesses.
