Eligibility
Eligible applicants are filmmakers residing in Berkeley, Richmond, El Cerrito, Emeryville, Oakland, or Alameda whose narrative short film projects meet Berkeley Film Foundation guidelines.
Requirements
- Applicant must reside in one of the eligible East Bay cities listed by the Berkeley Film Foundation.
- Project must be a qualifying narrative short film under the current grant guidelines.
- Applicant must submit during the 2026 narrative short application window.
