The OCAST SBIR/STTR Phase 0 Program helps Oklahoma small businesses prepare competitive proposals for federal Small Business Innovation Research and Small Business Technology Transfer programs. Support may help companies develop stronger applications, refine commercialization plans, and pursue federal non-dilutive research funding.

Eligible applicants are Oklahoma small businesses preparing to submit eligible federal SBIR or STTR proposals.
Requirements
