About this program
The 21st Century Quality Jobs Program supports knowledge-based, high-growth businesses that create high-wage employment in Oklahoma. Qualified companies may receive quarterly cash payments based on a percentage of new taxable payroll if they meet high wage, payroll, and industry requirements.
Eligibility
Eligible applicants are knowledge-based companies in qualifying industries that create high-wage Oklahoma jobs and meet program payroll and benefit requirements.
Requirements
- Business must operate in a qualifying knowledge-based industry.
- Business must create new full-time jobs in Oklahoma.
- New jobs must meet higher wage thresholds required by the program.
