Manchester Development Corporation supports economic development in Manchester through lending and project financing. MDC financing can help businesses and property owners with acquisition, expansion, equipment, working capital, tenant improvements, and redevelopment projects that benefit the local economy.
Eligibility
Eligible Manchester businesses, property owners, developers, and community development projects meeting MDC underwriting and public benefit requirements.
Requirements
- Submit financing request, project budget, sources and uses, financial statements, and borrower information
- Demonstrate repayment capacity, eligible use of funds, and Manchester economic benefit
- Complete underwriting, approvals, loan closing, collateral, and reporting requirements
