About this program
Eugene participates in Oregon Enterprise Zone tools that encourage investment and job creation by eligible traded-sector businesses. Qualified companies may receive a temporary local property tax exemption on eligible new investment.
Eligibility
Eligible businesses making qualifying investments in Eugene Enterprise Zone areas and meeting Oregon job and wage requirements.
Requirements
- Apply and receive authorization before placing eligible property in service
- Meet Enterprise Zone investment, employment, wage, and local approval requirements
- Submit annual compliance and exemption documentation
