About this program
C-PACE enables eligible commercial property owners to finance energy efficiency, renewable energy, water conservation, and resiliency improvements through property assessments. Deadline notes: Applications depend on local C-PACE program availability. Notes: Financing mechanism can fund contractor-installed clean energy and resiliency improvements.
Eligibility
Eligible commercial, industrial, agricultural, multifamily, and nonprofit property owners in participating New Jersey municipalities or counties.
Requirements
- Submit project and property information, energy or resiliency improvement scope, lender terms, owner consent, tax and mortgage documentation, and required C-PACE forms.
