Eligibility
Economic development organizations, municipalities, counties, tribal governments, and similar entities that will support small businesses, often fewer than 25 employees.
Requirements
- Must be an economic development organization, membership organization, municipality, Tribal government, or county
- Funds must support small business development programs
- Eligible uses include matching grant programs (startup, façade, expansion) and small business financing for firms with fewer than 25 full-time employees
