The Long Beach Center for Economic Inclusion supports entrepreneurs and small businesses through inclusive business advising, financial readiness, procurement help, digital tools, and referrals to grants, loans, and partner capital programs.

Long Beach entrepreneurs and small businesses, with emphasis on underserved, low-income, immigrant, and minority-owned businesses depending on program availability.
Requirements
- Complete LBCEI intake or program enrollment
- Provide business profile, ownership, financial, and support-needs information
- Complete required coaching, workshops, or lender/grant partner documentation
