Eligibility
Low-income, unemployed adults age 55 and older with poor employment prospects may qualify through a local SCSEP grantee or state program.
Requirements
- Apply through the state or local SCSEP provider serving the applicant's area.
- Meet federal age, income, unemployment, and employment-prospects requirements.
- Participate in community service assignments, assessments, training, and job-search activities.
