About this program
Provo City Redevelopment Agency works with selected developers and property owners on redevelopment programs and incentives that support revitalization of blighted commercial and industrial areas, downtown improvements, and strategic redevelopment sites.
Eligibility
Businesses, developers, property owners, and project sponsors with eligible projects in Provo redevelopment or project areas.
Requirements
- Coordinate with Provo redevelopment or economic development staff before project commitment
- Provide project scope, site information, investment, jobs, budget, and public benefit details
- Meet RDA approval, agreement, reimbursement, and reporting requirements
