Workforce Training Fund Express Program (Professional Services)
Reimbursement grants up to $15,000 per year for Massachusetts professional services firms with 100 or fewer employees to fund employee training. Organizations with fewer than 100 employees can be reimbursed for 100% of training costs.

Eligibility
Massachusetts employers with 100 or fewer employees that contribute to the Massachusetts Unemployment Insurance (UI) system. Applicable to consulting firms, accounting practices, legal-adjacent service providers, and other professional service businesses.
Requirements
- Must be a Massachusetts employer contributing to the Workforce Training Fund through UI surcharge
- 100 or fewer employees in Massachusetts
- Training must be for current or newly hired Massachusetts-based employees
