Eligibility
Restaurant projects located in the eligible Central Core portion of Escondido's Downtown Revitalization Area east of Centre City Parkway that meet City fee reduction criteria.
Requirements
- Operate or propose a restaurant project in the eligible Downtown Revitalization Area east of Centre City Parkway
- Request fee reduction consideration through the City of Escondido
- Demonstrate consistency with City general plan goals and applicable incentive criteria
