Eligibility
Eligible participants are adults age 50 and older in the Asheville and western North Carolina region who need support along the workforce continuum, including employment, training, volunteering, and entrepreneurship.
Requirements
- Be age 50 or older in the western North Carolina service area.
- Engage with local NCWorks or Experienced Workforce Initiative partners.
- Participate in workshops, job fairs, resource referrals, or entrepreneurship-related support.
