About this program
The City of Wilmington uses HOME Investment Partnerships resources for affordable housing development, rehabilitation, preservation, and homeownership activities serving low-income households and neighborhoods.
Eligibility
Affordable housing developers, nonprofits, community housing development organizations, public partners, and income-qualified homebuyers with eligible Wilmington housing activities.
Requirements
- Apply through city housing or federal funding processes when funds are available
- Provide project scope, site control, financing, affordability plan, income eligibility, and compliance documentation
- Meet HOME affordability, environmental, relocation, reporting, and monitoring requirements
