Grow NCC Fund
Below-market business loans for existing New Castle County companies.
About this program
The Grow NCC Fund is a partnership among New Castle County Council, Discover now Capital One, and the Grow America Fund to help existing New Castle County companies grow with longer loan terms and below-market interest rates.
Eligibility
Qualified existing New Castle County businesses in operation for at least two full years with 10 to 500 full-time employees may apply; real estate investment and financing entities are not eligible.
Requirements
- Operate in New Castle County for at least two full years
- Meet employee and SBA size requirements
- Use funds for eligible machinery, equipment, real estate, renovation, or business purposes
