For-profit STEM-based clean energy or environmental tech businesses in Delaware for 7 years or fewer, 15 or fewer FTEs, net assets of $700,000 or less.
Requirements
- STEM-based green/clean tech business in operation less than 7 years
- 15 or fewer full-time employees
- More than 50% of operations located in Delaware
