Eligibility
Eligible participants are legally blind individuals who qualify through the state licensing agency, complete required training and licensing, and are placed or authorized to operate vending, snack bar, cafeteria, or related facilities.
Requirements
- Be blind or visually impaired and eligible for the state licensing agency's program.
- Complete required training and licensing for vending or food-service operations.
- Operate facilities under applicable federal and North Carolina Randolph-Sheppard rules.
