About this program
The MyCAA Scholarship provides education and training funds for eligible military spouses pursuing portable career credentials, including many healthcare, dental assisting, medical billing, pharmacy technician, nursing support, and wellness-related programs where approved. Deadline notes: Applications are generally accepted before approved coursework or exams begin. Notes: Active-military family health workforce pathway; use only for approved healthcare credentials.
Eligibility
Eligible spouses of active-duty service members in qualifying pay grades, including qualifying spouses of National Guard and reserve members on eligible Title 10 orders.
Requirements
- Create a MyCAA account, verify eligibility, develop an approved education and training plan, select an approved healthcare credential or school, and receive approval before starting covered coursework or exams.
