About this program
West Jordan’s CDBG program can support housing rehabilitation and related neighborhood housing activities for income-qualified residents. These projects preserve safe housing and improve neighborhoods through federally eligible housing activities.
Eligibility
Income-eligible West Jordan homeowners or eligible housing project sponsors with qualifying repair or rehabilitation needs.
Requirements

- Provide income documentation, property information, repair scope, and contractor estimates when required
- Meet inspection, environmental, lead-safe, reimbursement, and program compliance requirements
