Eligibility
California employers, groups of employers, and eligible training organizations may apply to train incumbent workers, apprentices, unemployed workers, and new hires in approved industries including construction.
Requirements
- Submit an ETP application through the active Cal-E-Force or Cal-E-Grants process.
- Meet ETP employer, wage, trainee, training, and reimbursement requirements.
- Document completed training and qualifying employment outcomes before reimbursement.
