About this program
The URA provides small business financing resources for entrepreneurs and microenterprises in Pittsburgh. Microenterprise lending can support working capital, inventory, equipment, leasehold improvements, and startup or expansion costs for eligible businesses.
Eligibility
For-profit microenterprises and small businesses operating or locating in Pittsburgh that meet URA underwriting and eligible use requirements.
Requirements
- Submit business plan, financial statements, tax returns, ownership information, and use-of-funds documentation
- Meet credit, collateral, and repayment requirements
- Complete technical assistance or business counseling when required
