Eligibility
Farmers, agribusinesses, nonprofit organizations, and quasi-governmental entities in Kentucky with innovative projects that enhance Kentucky agriculture and increase net farm income. Privately owned companies and 501(c)(3) nonprofits are eligible.
Requirements
- Must be based in Kentucky
- Project must increase net farm income or stimulate markets for Kentucky agricultural products
- Must benefit tobacco farmers or tobacco-impacted communities
