Oklahoma DEQ's brownfields financing resources can support environmental cleanup and redevelopment of contaminated or potentially contaminated properties through revolving loan fund assistance and related brownfields resources.
Eligibility
Eligible local governments, nonprofits, tribes, developers, and property owners with qualifying brownfield cleanup or redevelopment projects under DEQ and EPA requirements.
Requirements
- Coordinate with Oklahoma DEQ before cleanup activities
- Submit site eligibility, environmental assessment, cleanup plan, budget, and borrower or subrecipient information
- Meet EPA brownfields, environmental, procurement, and reporting requirements
