Eligibility
Available to approved social equity applicant entities that need Commission review or approval for a proposed interest-holder change or related modification to the certified applicant entity.
Requirements
- Applicant must be an approved Rhode Island social equity applicant or authorized representative.
- Submit the required interest-holder change request materials to the Cannabis Control Commission.
- Provide details on current and proposed ownership, control, interest holders, and any required supporting documentation.
