About this program
The City of Fayetteville Department of Housing and Community Services administers Community Development Block Grant entitlement funds from HUD. CDBG funds support a wide range of eligible activities directed toward neighborhood revitalization, economic development, improved community facilities and services, rehabilitation of residential and non-residential structures, public facilities and improvements, public services, and assistance to profit-motivated businesses for economic development and job creation or retention.
Eligibility
Eligible nonprofit organizations, public agencies, community partners, and qualified project sponsors serving Fayetteville residents or neighborhoods may apply through the City's CDBG subrecipient funding process.
Requirements
- Project must serve Fayetteville residents or neighborhoods.
- Activity must meet a HUD CDBG national objective.
- Applicant must be an eligible organization or implementing partner under CDBG rules.
