About this program
Rutland Regional Planning Commission administers the Rutland Region Brownfields Reuse Program, which has funding from the State of Vermont and U.S. EPA for environmental site assessments and remediation planning. Rutland City developers, property owners, and redevelopment teams can use the program to evaluate contaminated or potentially contaminated properties for productive reuse.
Eligibility
Property owners, developers, municipalities, and redevelopment projects in the Rutland region with eligible brownfield sites.

- Site nomination form
- Owner participation agreement
