About this program
MDHA administers Emergency Solutions Grant funds on behalf of Metro Nashville to support activities that assist people experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness. Funding may support emergency shelter, street outreach, homelessness prevention, rapid re-housing, and related services delivered by eligible nonprofit and public partners.
Eligibility
Eligible nonprofit service providers and public agencies serving people experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness in Nashville-Davidson County may seek ESG funding through MDHA processes.
Requirements
- Services must benefit eligible homeless or at-risk households in Nashville-Davidson County.
- Applicant must be an eligible service provider or public agency under ESG rules.
- Activity must fit an eligible ESG category such as shelter, outreach, prevention, or rapid re-housing.
