The Texas Rural Woman Grant awards 10 grants of $10,000 each ($100,000 total) to rural Texas women-owned businesses that have operated for at least 3 years. Open to businesses in eligible rural Texas counties. Applications open May 5, 2026.

Eligibility
At least 51% woman-owned businesses located in eligible rural Texas counties, in operation as woman-owned for at least 3 years (formed before 5/20/22). Owner must be a Texas resident. For-profit entity only.
Requirements

- Business formed before 05/20/2022 (at least 3 years old)
