Operation Intern provides matching funds to North Dakota employers to expand internships, apprenticeships, and work experience positions in targeted industries and in-demand occupations.
Eligibility
North Dakota employers in targeted industries such as energy, advanced manufacturing, value-added agriculture, tourism, technology, and autonomous systems may qualify.
Requirements
- Submit employer application through portal
- Provide one-to-one match
- Use funds for eligible intern wages, tools, equipment, training, or tuition reimbursement
