New York Truck Voucher Incentive Program (NYTVIP)
Voucher incentives for fleet operators to purchase or lease zero-emission medium- and heavy-duty commercial trucks (Class 3–8), terminal tractors, and non-road equipment in New York State. Funding for Class 8 and non-road equipment still available.

Eligibility
Fleets that domicile, register, and/or operate Class 3–8 zero emission vehicles and/or eligible non-road equipment in New York State. Operators must own and operate eligible vehicles for at least three to five years.
Requirements
- Fleet must domicile, register, or operate in New York State
- Must purchase or lease an eligible zero-emission or near-zero-emission commercial vehicle or non-road equipment
- Must own and operate eligible vehicles for at least 3–5 years
