Qualifying Moreno Valley Utility business customers that are locating, expanding, retaining operations, or adding eligible electric load in Moreno Valley.
Requirements
- Be or become a Moreno Valley Utility commercial electric customer
- Meet Economic Development Rate requirements for eligible business location, expansion, retention, or new load
