Cheyenne LEADS is the Cheyenne-Laramie County Corporation for Economic Development. It recruits and supports business expansion through site selection, business assistance, and incentive tools including free or discounted land where appropriate to facilitate job creation, capital investment, and economic growth.
Eligibility
Primary employers and expanding businesses considering Cheyenne or Laramie County projects that create jobs and investment.
