Reimbursable matching grants of up to $100,000 (Level 1) or $1,000,000 (Level 2) to develop or improve commercial and industrial sites of 10+ acres that attract new or expanding businesses including retailers.

Available to qualified businesses or local governments investing in constructing, renovating, or improving commercial or industrial sites over 10 acres in Delaware. Must demonstrate a public utility advantage to Delaware citizens.
