About this program
El Paso’s economic development incentive toolkit includes Transit Oriented Development incentives designed to improve mobility, spur investment, support downtown revitalization, and stimulate development in established neighborhoods near transit corridors.
Eligibility
Developers, property owners, and businesses with qualifying projects in designated El Paso transit-oriented development areas.
Requirements
- Confirm project location in a TOD incentive area
- Provide development plan, budget, investment, timeline, mobility benefit, and public benefit information
- Secure required city approvals and comply with incentive agreement terms
