About this program
The N.F.C. Development Corporation City-Wide Green Initiative provides low-interest loans to qualified business property owners for construction or retrofitting that creates high-performance buildings in the City of Niagara Falls. Eligible applicants include owners of commercial, manufacturing, and retail properties in the city. Grant approval may be available based on a demonstrated 10 percent reduction in energy costs, subject to N.F.C. Development Corporation review after six months of operation.
Eligibility
Owners of commercial, manufacturing, or retail properties in the City of Niagara Falls undertaking eligible energy efficiency, construction, or retrofit projects.
Requirements
- Own a commercial, manufacturing, or retail property in the City of Niagara Falls
- Use funds for construction or retrofitting that creates a high-performance building
- Submit a complete application to N.F.C. Development Corporation
