About this program
The University City Commission for Access and Local Original Programming authorizes grants to produce programming, encourage and train local filmmakers, and support development and distribution of programming that showcases the art, culture, and history of University City and the region. CALOP calls for applications from local producers in periodic open grant rounds or through specific subject-focused requests for proposals.
Eligibility
Local producers, filmmakers, nonprofit organizations, educational partners, and programming creators proposing eligible local original programming related to University City or the region may apply during open CALOP grant rounds.
Requirements
- Project must produce or support local original programming consistent with CALOP's mission and five-year plan.
- Applicant must apply during an open CALOP grant round or specific request for proposals.
- Proposal must describe the program concept, production plan, budget, schedule, and distribution plan.
