Eligibility
Kansas businesses subject to Kansas income, sales, or property taxes paying above-average wages. Clean energy manufacturers and green businesses qualify if they meet NAICS requirements or operate as a headquarters or back-office.
Requirements
- Must pay above-average wages for county or industry
- Capital investment of at least $50,000 (or $1M in metro counties)
- Must commit to worker training investment
