Workforce grants providing increased wages and stable funding to licensed Illinois childcare providers participating in the Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) to attract and retain early childhood educators.

Eligibility
Licensed childcare centers and family childcare homes that participate in IDHS Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP). Must maintain at least 15% of licensed capacity (centers) or at least 1 child (family childcare) enrolled in CCAP.
Requirements
- Must be a licensed Illinois childcare provider
- Must participate in the CCAP program throughout the grant period
- Must attempt to maintain at least 15% of licensed capacity in CCAP enrollment (centers) or 1 CCAP child (family childcare)
