Eligibility
Commercial building owners and business owners in Morgantown's B-4 General Business District may apply for eligible facade or interior improvement projects.
Requirements
- Property or business must be located in Morgantown's B-4 General Business District, including downtown Morgantown and the Wharf District.
- Property owners must provide a copy of the deed, and business tenants must provide a signed lease of at least two years plus a property owner endorsement letter.
- Construction work must not begin before application and grant approval.
