The Garage to Storefront incentive helps small businesses move from home-based or early-stage operations into commercial space by waiving City-related facade improvement permits for eligible vacant or occupied commercial spaces.

Eligible small businesses and entrepreneurs moving into qualifying commercial space in Gresham and completing eligible facade or tenant improvements.
