Detroit commercial PACE financing enables commercial, industrial, nonprofit, and multifamily property owners to finance qualifying energy efficiency, renewable energy, water conservation, and resiliency improvements through a property assessment.
Eligibility
Eligible commercial, industrial, multifamily, and nonprofit property owners in Detroit with qualifying improvements.
Requirements
- Project must qualify under Michigan PACE rules
- Work with a PACE administrator and secure property assessment financing approval
