Grants from $10,000 to $245,000 for capital and infrastructure improvements for SEDI-owned and very small businesses, including retail storefronts.

Eligibility
Businesses owned by Socially and Economically Disadvantaged Individuals (SEDI) with up to 25 full-time employees, or Very Small Businesses with fewer than 10 employees. SEDI owners include minorities, women, people with disabilities, veterans, or LGBTQ+ individuals. Priority given to applicants in CDFI Investment Areas.
Requirements
- Must be a SEDI-owned business or Very Small Business
- Must be pre-qualified in the GATA portal
- Eligible uses include land/building acquisition, site improvements, rolling stock, and durable equipment
