Licensed or licensed-eligible childcare providers in New York State seeking to construct or substantially renovate facilities to increase childcare capacity.
Requirements
- Must be or become an OCFS licensed childcare program
- Project must result in new or expanded childcare capacity
- Submit application through OCFS/DASNY during open application period
