Eligibility
Eligible applicants include Alabama municipalities, counties, state agencies, and state authorities created by the legislature with eligible public outdoor recreation projects.
Requirements
- Project must support public outdoor recreation and be documented in Alabama's SCORP
- Property must be owned by an eligible applicant
- Applicant must provide the required 50% match and agree to operate the site for public outdoor recreation in perpetuity
