Quarterly cash payments for qualifying companies creating well-paying jobs in Oklahoma.
About this program
The Oklahoma Quality Jobs Incentive Program provides quarterly cash payments of up to 5 percent of new taxable payroll for up to 10 years to qualifying businesses that create new jobs, meet wage thresholds, and promote economic development in Oklahoma.
Eligibility
Qualifying businesses making new payroll investments in Oklahoma, generally with at least $2.5 million in new annual payroll within three years, average wage thresholds, health insurance, and industry or out-of-state sales requirements when applicable.
Requirements
- Apply through the Oklahoma Department of Commerce before project commitments
- Create qualifying new jobs and meet new payroll thresholds
- Provide basic health insurance and meet wage and industry requirements
